- Muscle stimulation by electrostimulation (EMS: Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is a contraction of muscles by small electrical impulses. EMS technology is recognized as a proactive muscle strengthening tool. It is used in particular:
- To muscle strengthening
- To tone muscles and improve body aesthetics
- A Fluidify blood circulation
- A Relax muscles
- To prevent injuries
- 1- Remove any excess oil or moisture from the skin.
- 2- Clip the main unit (round box) onto the pad (U-shaped part) before turning it on.
- 3- Paste the EMS on the desired area. Avoid touching the adhesive parts too much for lasting use.
- 4- Press the on/off button (via the remote control or the box) to turn on the main unit. The unit will automatically start at intensity level 1 (lowest). The light on the music center will turn blue indicating that it is in training mode (2 possible modes: training or massage).
- 5- To adjust the intensity levels, press the (+) button to increase or the (-) button to decrease.
Intensity levels range from 1 to 15.
- 6 - Change the mode by pressing the M button ( Color green for massage and blue for training).

THE AUTOMATIC TRAINING PROGRAM
This 25-minute program gradually increases exercise intensity and muscle contractions. He also alternates recovery and training periods. The program stops automatically when the training is finished (after 25 minutes). The LED will then flash 3 times.
Connect the main unit using the micro USB charging cable.
The main unit indicator light will start flashing during charging.
